Who We Are

At Cosa Nostra PR, we’re not just a public relations agency — we’re your strategic partners in shaping narratives, breaking bands, and making an unforgettable impact. Formed by PR specialists Kirsten Sprinks and Michelle Kerr in June 2012 after the closure of the standalone Roadrunner Records UK office, we provide a world-class publicity service catering to a wide variety of clients from within the sphere of heavy and alternative music.

Our Legacy

We’re proud to have an impressive UK roster, with long-standing relationships exceeding 10 years (Alter Bridge, Halestorm, Dream Theater, Lamb Of God, Blackberry Smoke, Black Stone Cherry, Bloodstock Open Air festival) and, in some cases, more than 20 (Slipknot, Trivium, Machine Head, DevilDriver, Max Cavalera, Killswitch Engage). We’ve been championing some of the heavy music scene’s leading artists since they made their first appearances in the UK!

In September 2017, we welcomed Los Angeles-based Charley Johns to our family. Charley spearheaded our expansion into the USA, establishing an office there and allowing us to offer a truly transatlantic service for our clients as well as bespoke campaigns either side of the pond.

Our US roster is just as formidable as our UK roster, with notable clients over the last 7 years including Kittie, Ice Nine Kills, Dance Gavin Dance, Brand Of Sacrifice, Slaughter To Prevail, Animals As Leaders, Between The Buried And Me, Gvllow, Born Of Osiris, Hanabie, Kublai Khan, Paleface Swiss, Bodysnatcher, Enterprise Earth, Invent Animate, Enter Shikari, Veil Of Maya, Sumerian Records, Unique Leader Records, and more.
