Joining genre-leading label Roadrunner Records in the year 2000, Kirsten racked up a diverse 4 years in marketing, street team management, website development, and content creation, before changing sides of the office to clock up another 8 years in publicity. In 2012, she left to form Cosa Nostra PR with long-time friend and fellow Roadrunner alumni Michelle Kerr. Kirsten has worked with some of the biggest names in the heavy music genre since they first found their way to the UK, including Trivium and Killswitch Engage, and has established long-term trusted relationships with notable luminaries such as Alter Bridge, Halestorm, Dream Theater, Gojira, and Lamb Of God, while also delighting in breaking new artists like Spiritbox, Code Orange, and Zeal & Ardor.

A graduate of music journalism and a Jersey native, Jazmin’s career in music publicity began with an internship at LD Communications, where she contributed to the successful delivery of the 2021 Download Pilot. Following 18 months at Hold Tight PR working with a range of artists including upcoming hellraisers Jinjer and Orbit Culture, Jazmin spent 2.5 years honing her skills with The Noise Cartel, where she was involved in multiple campaigns from noted artists like Lorna Shore, Electric Callboy, BABYMETAL, Polyphia, and Slaughter To Prevail, to rising stars RØRY, Delilah Bon, Scene Queen, and more. Jazmin joined the Cosa Nostra UK family as UK Publicist in January 2025 working alongside Kirsten.
